This is a Moche stirrup spouted vessel, from modern day Peru, in the shape of a human-like head.
It is an orangeware vessel with cream and red painted decoration. Painted line details are visible on the top, front, side, and back of the vessel.
This item was brought back from Peru by International Oil Driller Charles Wallen.
