Horse-drawn wagon tours return

Oil Springs, ON - Family friendly horse-drawn wagon tours from the Oil Museum of Canada return every Sunday this summer, beginning July 8.
Tours are free with museum admission and are offered at 1, 2 and 3 p.m.

Facility closures in North Lambton

Wyoming, ON - Loss of hydro at Lambton Heritage Museum and the Grand Bend Library has forced the closure of both facilities today.
It is unknown when power will be restored.
Visitors are encouraged to monitor lambtonmuseums.ca and lclibrary.ca for updates. Library patrons can also visit a neighbouring branch library or access a number of online programs and services on the Library's website.

Vintage films highlight Archives Awareness Week activities

Wyoming, ON - Lambton County Archives will be hosting its second-ever Vintage Films night at the Sarnia Library Theatre early next month.
The footage, from the Archives' collection, will be screened from 7 - 8 p.m., Tuesday April 10. Admission to Vintage Films night is free and caps off the celebration of Archives Awareness Week, April 3-7, 2018.
